Craig Williams has been engaged to ride the Cambridge three-year-old Highlad in Saturday's Gr.1 VRC Derby.
He will replace Damien Oliver, who lost his appeal to have his reckless riding ban reduced, on the Murray Baker and Andrew Forsman-trained runner at Flemington while stablemate Saracino will be ridden by Mark Zahra in the Gr.1 Coolmore Stud Stakes.
