Promising filly Royal Fashion has boosted her Group One prospects with her resuming victory at Ruakaka.
She led all the way to open her winning account on Wednesday after placing in both her appearances last season.
"She's got a lot of improvement in her so it's onwards and upwards," trainer Mark Forbes said. "She's got a lot of speed, but against her own age group she'll definitely get a mile."
Royal Fashion's chances of a start in next month's Gr.1 gavelhouse 1000 Guineas at Riccarton will depend on her next performances in either the Gr.3 Sarten Memorial or in a Rating 65 event.
