Talented mare Jayla Monet is likely make her next appearance at Ellerslie later this month.
"There's a mile there for her on October 22 and then we're planning to follow the Dunstan series with her," trainer Ben Ropiha said.
The winner of three of her 11 starts, Jayla Monet was unplaced when she recently resumed in the Listed Karaka Classic.
"The puggy nature of the track didn't suit her," Ropiha said. "It took her a week to get over the race, but she's right now."
