John O'Hara has ruled Spalato out of the upcoming Gr.1 Kranji Mile.
The Singapore trainer has revealed that the New Zealand-bred and owned galloper didn't come through his last outing unscathed.
"He dipped at the 580m mark and I think he sprained a joint in his off-fore leg," O'Hara said.
"He is out of the Kranji Mile and looking at it, he will probably miss the Raffles Cup too."
