Sir Peter Vela enjoyed overnight success in England when his Frankel colt Eminent was successful at Newmarket.
The two-year-old was an easy winner over a mile on debut for trainer Martyn Meade and jockey Jim Crowley.
"We brought him here earlier in the week to have a look around the parade ring and he conducted himself like a true professional," Meade said. "He has lived up to every expectation we've had of him.
"The great thing is we've taken our time with him and not rushed him. That might be it as I don't want to do too much more. He will be a lovely three-year-old."
Eminent's victory has earned him a 25-1 quote for next season's Gf.1 English 2000 Guineas.
