Well-travelled mare Snow Secret pleased her trainer with her fast-finishing fourth when resuming over 1400 metres at Ruakaka.
"She's still carrying a bit of pudding and I think she's capable of winning a nice handicap and we'll be trying to get her into one of the cups on the minimum," Shaune Ritchie said.
