Champion Melbourne jockey Damien Oliver will ride Lucia Valentina in her next start in this month's Gr.1 Underwood Stakes at Caulfield.
Bruce Perry, the racing manager for Lucia Valentina's owner Lib Petagna, confirmed the booking and September 24 target.
"She's ticking over well. She's had a quiet trial and we're really happy with where she's at," Perry said.
The Kris Lees-trained Savabeel mare ran fourth first-up in last month's Gr.2 Warwick Stakes (1400m) at Randwick and finished fifth in a Wyong trial on Tuesday. She remains in contention for a start in next month's Gr.1 Cox Plate at Moonee Valley.
