Wellington Cup winner Mister Impatience has returned to work with trainers Michael Moroney and Pam Gerard after undergoing surgery since last racing.
"He's been back for about three weeks," racing manager Nick Fairweather said. "He had a chip removed from his fetlock after the Auckland Cup.
"Mike decided to have the operation done here and target some of the spring and summer cups and then he might go back to Australia."
