The Auckland Racing Cub is upgrading its website to provide further insights for punters.
A specific racing section will include sectional times, pre-race trainer and jockey interviews, post-race jockey comments as well as further background information.
The racing section of the website will go live on Thursday, September 1.
After the success of providing sectional times for all races on premier days and all black type races on non-premier days during last season, the ARC in conjunction with Vince Accardi from Daily Sectionals, will record sectionals for all races (except jumping races) during 2016-17.
"We are living in an age where racing enthusiasts want to digest more and more racing information," ARC general manager Craig Baker said.
"They want that information to be accurate as well as timely. The ARC is excited to be able to roll out more sectionals times, more jockey comments and provide a racing section on www.ellerslie.co.nz that can house all the information."
