Triple Group One winner Turn Me Loose is back at his Cambridge quarters, but no time frame has been set for his return to racing.
"He's in the stable and doing light work," co-trainer Andrew Forsman said.
"We gave him a good break and there are no targets for him – if he doesn't race this spring so be it and we'll wait for the autumn."
Turn Me Loose is nominated for the Champion Sprinter Award and the Champion Middle Distance Award following his victories last season in the Emirates Stakes and the Futurity Stakes.
