Champion Australian jumps jockey Steve Pateman will get his first sight of Trentham's figure eight course on Saturday when he continues his association with Amanood Lad.
He will partner the leading jumper in the Grant Plumbing Wellington Steeplechase.
"Steve's keen to come over to ride him again," trainer Ben Foote told The Informant. "We're very happy to have him on. I'll pick him up at the airport on Saturday morning."
