New Zealand Bloodstock together with the Canterbury Jockey Club and the Otago Racing Club have announced changes to the format of the New Zealand Bloodstock Southern Filly of the Year series for next season.
The point's structure will now be seven for a win, four for second and two for a third and in a dead-heat the points will be divided equally.
In the event of two or more fillies having equal points following the running of the fourth and final leg of the series, the NZB Warstep Stakes, the filly with the best finishing position in this event will be determined the winner of the series.
