Justlikeyasister's recent run of form has booked her ticket to Christchurch.
The Awapuni mare completed consecutive winter victories on her home track on Saturday with another strong performance to claim the Midwest Disposals Handicap.
In the wake of that effort, trainer Gary Vile has confirmed Justlikeyasister has earned her place in the Gr.3 eStar Winter Cup line-up.
"She's come through the race well and she'll make the field now," he said.
"She's an easy mare to train so I just have to keep her ticking over and I might give her a jump-out."
Justlikeyasister has now won five races up to 1500 metres and Vile has no concerns about the rising six-year-old seeing out a mile at Riccarton.
"It will be no problem at all for her and obviously she can handle bad tracks," he said.
Justlikeyasister is currently at $16 in the Winter Cup market, which is headed by Lochan Ora and North And South at $9.
The Gold Centre mare's stablemate My Magician is also a chance to go south for the jumping features if he performs up to expectations in this Saturday's Wellington Hurdles.
He won the Awapuni Hurdles two starts back and Vile was satisfied with his effort at the weekend, despite finishing out of the money on the flat.
"He didn't handle the track, that's the worst I've ever seen it," he said.
