Group Two Travis Stakes winner Lauren Tate has been retired.
She was successful in the Te Rapa feature in 2014 and finished runner-up in the defence of her title while she was placed in the in the Gr.2 Japan/NZ International Trophy.
Lauren Tate also finished fourth in both the Gr.1 New Zealand Stakes and the Gr.1 Herbie Dyke Stakes and at Group Three level in the Cuddle Stakes and the Chairman's Handicap at Doomben.
"She's going to Tavistock, she's much more valuable to us in the broodmare paddock now," breeder, owner and trainer John Morell said.
