Michael McNab will serve a month's disqualification after pleading guilty on Wednesday to a charge of misconduct.
The Cambridge jockey was also ordered to pay $400 costs to the Judicial Control Authority following a jockeys' room incident at a recent northern trial meeting.
The 30-year-old has been in excellent form this season and recently rode his 50th winner of the 2015-16 season to double his previous best tally.
