Alamer has bounced back well after her defeat of the older horses in trying conditions at Ellerslie.
The stakes-winning three-year-old was too good last time out for her Rating 75 rivals to earn a likely return to black type competition.
"She knew she'd had a run, but she's fine now," Cambridge trainer Roger Lang said.
"I've suggested to the owners that we look at the fillies and mares' race at Tauranga for her, there's not really a lot else around."
The Listed Team Wealleans Tauranga Classic will be run at weight-for-age on June 25.
"We might as well look at black type again for her, it's all about building up her value," Lang said.
Alamer has now won three of her 11 starts, including the Listed Trevor Eagle Memorial at Ellerslie where she accounted for the subsequent Gr.1 Levin Classic winner Dukedom.
The filly then finished a respectable seventh in the Gr.2 Eight Carat Classic on Boxing Day before she was spelled and her latest success came off the back of a third placing behind the unbeaten Let Me Roar at Te Rapa.
"I've always had a high opinion of her," Lang said. "There's not a lot of her, but she always tries hard and she'll be even better with another year on her." – NZ Racing Desk.
